There is no way to spot reduce fat. The best way is to do some exercise and eat healthy. Overall weight reduction will help your belly.
Also do some ab exercises to tone your belly, like some crunches or leg raises.

hiking uphill, or daily aerobics and light sit ups, avoid carbs somewhat. drink lots of water :) our bodies get used to whatever we do in no time at all, just tough it out and you'll start to really love it and need it :)
