...you may have slightly dislocated one of your hips! cripes - but no chance. it's sciatica. you are describing peripheralisation (ie going out and getting worse) neural symptoms. if it gets worse sitting to standing, get you mid back to move, if it's worse sitting, then use some back support, if it's worse standing then get going with some core stability. you need to see someone who can look aftre your back and give a set of decent stability exercise to do.
It sounds like sciatica. You need to go see a doctor about this soon.
My husband had this - and one of the things he was told to do was stop putting his wallet in his back pocket, because it was causing a muscle strain there. They also told him not to lean on the arm rest of the car when he was driving.
He changed those things, took the medicine and did the exercises and it improved. Hope you get some relief.
You may have slightly dislocated one of your hips. This happened to me. I stretched a ligament in the groin area. It was terrible. I can only speculate what is wrong with you. You have to see a doctor.
I recommend finding a chiropracter first who does Zindler technique. Or, if you can find a SOMA or Deep Tissue Massage therapist, you may be able to handle it that way. You need a diagnosis, first. You have injured something. Zindler practitioners can pinpoint what it is through muscle testing, but you may need an x-ray. That's how we found out what was wrong with me.
I got chiropractic and special body work. It still took a long time to fix and I have to do maintenance now-once in a while it acts up.
First, get a diagnosis, then you can figure out how you want to treat it. In the meantime, buy a product called Cal-Mag. The best is by Peter Gillham's. You may find it online. It's a powder drink you put hot water in. It fizzes up. It's a calcium Magnesium blend that acts as a muscle relaxant. It will calm those nerves as well as help your body assimilate other vitamins and minerals you may be taking.
