There's not a lot that can be done. You can take an anti-inflammatory (advil or aleve - or their generic equivalents), and apply ice for 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off for the first 48 hours. You can also splint your possibly broken toe to an unbroken toe next to it.
If you can move your toes, they likely aren't broken. If there are any toes you can't move, you should splint them. You can use just about anything for a splint - a broken chopstick, a piece of tongue depressor, anything that won't bend if you try to bend your toe. Make sure there are no jagged edges, and tape the splint onto the broken toe, then tape that to an unbroken toe next to it.
Don't wrap too tightly. If the end of your toes turn blue or purple, you're cutting off the blood flow and need to loosen your splint.
Take it easy, and elevate your foot as much as possible.
Good luck!
Ice it........there is nothing to help with broken toes .......however are you sure you didn't break a bone in your foot? thats a diff story.........
