I fell on my hand and they are bruised. They do hurt when I do anything with them. Do I need to rest them.?
Question:
Answers:
If you can easily see the bruising (i.e. not in a certain light), you there may be some more serious damage than bruising and you may want to check that out with the doctor.
If they are bruised only, the sensitivity will stop in about 2 days. As long as you can handle the pain when you do those things, you can keep doing it.
But if it's such extreme pain that you might yell out, I'd suggest seeing the doctor to make sure nothing else is wrong.
go to see a doctor! may be a fracture or a fissure in the bones. hope not!
