How do I get rid of sciatica pain?

Question:

Answers:
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, oral steroids, and epidural steroid injections help to relieve inflammation. Epidural steroid injections, physical therapy, and surgery are other treatments that are used. It would be best to see your doctor for an exam, so your doctor can decide what treatment would work best for your situation.

See your doctor and get the needed care. This sometimes can be taken care of with the right combination of exercises, rest and even sometimes surgery. Even consider acupuncture, it can work. Good Luck
The best natural way to get rid of it without medication (flexerill) is to see a good massage therapist only because they know muscle structure in which they can relieve direct preasure by pushing in certain areas using flexability and it feels wonderful!!

First you need to find what causes sciatica. anything that compresses on sciatic nerve can cause sciatica it can be your piriformis muscle which is deep to your glute muscles in your (butt), or herniated disc in your lumbar or sacral area, or just tight muscles in lumbar area, or inflamed nerve itself or sublacsation.
Once you figure this out you will know what exactly to treat.
