If it's real gold or sterling silver LEAVE it alone and make an appointment with a Plastic surgeon, to have it removed. They prob can recover the scar it's gonna leave without infection. If that's not an option, you may want to go to place you had it done to see what they can use to remove it. Only problem with that is you will left left with a hole since it's not probable that they can reinsert another stud if not fully healed. GOOD LUCK!
Put a cold compress on it for 10 minutes so the hole opens up a tiny bit, then rub in quickly moisturiser, the back should come out.
