Is it ok to reheat food tiwce?? Will it hurt you if u do?? What should u do if u did???

Question:

Answers:
Well, according to Think Quest, no:

"Please try to not reheat food twice or three times because
it may lead to food poisoning."

Also, from Food Standards.com:

"Remember, reheating means cooking again, not just warming up. Always reheat food until it is piping hot all the way through (in Scotland there is a legal requirement for reheated foods to reach at least 82˚C)."

Therefore, if you reheat more than once, you are seriously overcooking the food, or just warming it, which can lead to spoilage. If you did and you still want to eat it, go ahead. I've done it before and the food didn't taste so good, but it still was OK. But remember you ARE running a higher risk. Good luck!
exactly what are you reheating. I have reheated some foods and I am still alive and kicking. Be a little more specific and may be you can get a better answer.
