I live in Phoenix and I been bleeding from my nose a lot should I be worried?

Question:
I started bleeding from my nose ever since it got hot. I think it might be from the hot temperatures, but I don't know. Does anyone know what to do to stop the bleeding from reoccuring?

Answers:
The hot, dry summer air in Phoenix can cause nosebleeds. I had them a lot my first year here. My son also had several during his first summer with us, after we adopted him. I'm just waiting for my second son to be affected by it, as this is his first summer in Phoenix. It's fairly normal. It helps to buy a humidifier, or inhale moist, steamy air in the shower. Volunteer to wash the dishes in your home; you'll get more opportunity to breathe in that good humid air.

The weather has suddenly shifted from very dry to very humid this week. That usually makes it better. And, it seems to stop after a summer or two, when your body's more used to it. But it has been VERY dry this year, and even long-term residents are feeling the effects of the dry air.

Other Answers:
might just be the dry air.get a humidifier

stop doing coke It is very dry out here, we haven't had rain in a long time. The dryness is very hard on your sinus. This is normal, but you should try drinking a lot of water. You really need to hydrate yourself.
