i can crack the bone in my ankle very loud i mean loud?
Question:
Answers:
I can crack pretty much everything very loud and joint cracking is not linked to developing arthritis - it's a myth. However it is often linked to having more flexible joints (hypermobile) - maybe you are someone who can bend your fingers back a long way or put the palms of your hands on the floor. It's normal to hear a crack if a joint moves beyond where it would normally move.

Over time yes you will.
Anytime you crack your bones over a prolonged period of time you develope arthritis. The friction is not natural on your joints. Probably. a lot of people can crack their bones very loudly, but I don't know about doing it all the time. o_O
I can do the same thing with my wrists and toes. It's not good for your bones. It can develop in arthritis.
Usually a cracking sound from a joint is not caused by the bone itself but by compressed air being released according to my chiropractor. I go once a week and you should hear the noises my neck makes! This is perfectly ok and is not causing any damage to the joints - in fact it is actually assisting the joints. If you are concerned, go to a Chiro or Osteopath and get them to check out your ankle joint but I suspect it is just air in the joint popping and nothing to worry about.
very loud cracking indicates a form of bone cancer, lost uncle to this last year. it happened so fast, go see a doctor please ASAP!! I don't know, but I can do the same thing. The doctors also told me not to keep cracking it. I lost all of the cartilage in my ankle and that is why I can do it in the first place. The doctors told me that there is nothing there to stop my bones from grinding against each other since there is no cartilage so I can cause damage.
Yeah cuz its jus like crackin your fingers. Sadly you start to get Arthritis. Then the older you get the more pain you have if you keep doing it. But Loudness doesnt really matter.
Its trapped air between the joints your moving it makes it disperse and you wont wear them out lol but if you get pain see your G.P
Its compressed CO2 in your joints, it doesn't hurt, theres an old wives tale that it causes arthritis but its not true.
My son can play drum rolls with his joints, its repulsive but when the pressure builds up its the only way to relieve it. You will not get arthritis or wear the bone down, but you probably will annoy a lot of people if you do it frequently.
