The Red Cross usually has pamphlets and articles at their business. You may also check their website for more info.

Red Cross would be a good bet. Although, there are basically 2 types: masks and shields. Masks seal against the patients face and allow for more air to get into the lungs, but are larger than shields. Face shields are this pieces of plastic with a one way valve to prevent air and vomit from going into the rescuer's mouth, but do not seal against the patient's face as well. Because there is no seal, if the patient vomits (which they probably will) it may get on you. With a mask type device the seal, and one way valve helps prevent vomit from getting on you.
American Heart or Red Cross. You can also cross reference nursing journals at your local online library with keywords rescue breathing
