Does anyone out there have any experiences with non diabetic Hypoglycemia?

Question:
I recently had an episode that involved me feeling terrible. in the past I have gotten very irrate when I don't eat on time, but most recently I became dizzy, very tired, and started shaking. I plan to see my doctor, but can anyone tell me anything else for the time being? From my last checkup I know I am not diabetic.

Answers:
I have the same problem. If I go usually more than 6 to 8 hours without eating, I get looney. I start shaking, cant concentrate and feel like I'm going to pass out. I try to make sure I have a snack with protein with me at all times. Protein is better than sugar for a quick fix until you can eat. If you eat something sweet, it wears off quickly. I'm not a diabetic either.

Yeah his name is Bob!

not exactly, i'm a diabetic and usually when you start to become a diabetic usually your b.g. (blood glucose) will go up, but, i think it could go down if the pancreas works too much. Usually when you go low you do get shaky or dizzy with burred vision, but not usually tiredness. sometimes sometimes i do feel like i won't be able to move anything, but i don't get tired. when i go diabetes, my b.g. was way high, and the side affects were extereme thirst, abnormal hunger, and then tiredness. as long as you see a doctor regurally, you should be fine. See site below 12 paragraphs down with woman who had same thing as you. Hypoglycemia is very rare but almost everyone can get the same exact symptoms from not eating due to accelerated cleansing. See that story which tells how you can find out which it is without doctor.
