Is masturbation an excerise to help lower blood pressure?

Question:
I need to lower my blood pressure, so I was wondering if masturbation will work in lowering my blood pressure?

Answers:
I was wondering the same thing this morning. I sure did feel my heart pounding, so it had to increase my heartrate! I don't think it is the only exercise you should rely on. :) Try walking 30 minutes a day! Then come back and masturbate.
I don't know, but it can't hurt any.
i don't know but they say it sure is good for the health
Works for me!
no, do breathing exercises instead. haven't you heard about people having heart attacks or strokes while they're doing the bad deed?
I'm guessing your BP goes up when you're doing it and down when you're done.
blood flow increases while masturbation and the bp aswell.
avoid it or itll make things severe
Obviously.well, maybe not.anyway, your blood pressure will increase with the act and with the climax. The period after climax is a calming time - for most men, anyway - so I would think it works both ways.
Although I am no medical professional, if there is such, I know one can reduce their heart rate and breathing simply by mental concentration. This action would, in turn, reduce ones blood pressure.
Somehow you know you have high blood pressure and you want to lower it. Engaging in an activity requiring multiple muscles, mental concentration, rapid bodily movements, sweating and panting, and overall physical, mental and emotional excitement would actually raise ones blood pressure even higher, wouldn't it?

I guess you'll just have to try it and see. A nurse, however, may give you a hand.
masturbation increases ur body temperature and ur b.p ....
