what causes muscles to twitch?

Question: My bottom eyelid twitches sometimes for a full day, and my elbow muscles twitch to the point of being able to see my skin move up and down. please let me know why this happens and what i am able to do about it! Thanks!!

I have that same problem. I get twitches all over my body. I did some research and found this it is called Benign Fasciculation Sydrome. You can look it up on the web. Hope this info is helpful.
