Other Answers:
hmm. what is a market ride?
I think if your brain was dislodged, you probably wouldn't be writing this, you'd probably be somewhere in a morgue or in a coma.
You can't 'dislodge' your brain !
You're a hypochondriach.
not sure what a market ride is but i know roundabouts make me ill. i.e. the playground type
Why not try returning to the market ride and going backwards? You might be able to realign your dislodged brain that way.

Good luck.
Yes, I think that Shelly is on the right track - methinks! The fluid in your ears may have been upset. I think this can happen if a person might undertake an unatural activity and your brain cannot process what is happening very well. I have heard of people who have come back from a boat/ship trip and have felt sea sick even though they are no longer on the sea.

I'm not sure what to recommend except to see a doctor or mabye an ear/nose and throat specialist. It's possible they can offer you some proffessional advice. I am pretty certain your brain has not become dislodged! All the best!
I have no idea what a market ride is so I'm assuming it's something that spins, whirls or accelerates quickly. It could be that the fluid and the teeny hairs deep within the ear is still upset and sending movement signals to your brain but your eyes are saying the opposite. To be on safe side check it out at doc's.
Seek help from medical experts.
Look out at the horizon when being a passenger in a moving car, that will help. Brain dislodging leads to death, so no I doubt you dislodged your brain.
