I don't know anything about the machines. I heard they are very invasive and painful. But you could get an Inversion Table. They are only around $300. I used Teeter Hangups inversion table and loved it! You start out at a small decline and work up to total inversion. The best stretch I ever had. I would always feel rejuvinated. You could test one out at the Relax the back store or go to this website www.stlintl.com there are links from there. You could also find them on ebay.
