I think I am totally dehydrated. I know most symptoms. Is a high temp one & also could my headaches be one?

Question: I have been ill for the past week. Went to Doc & he did a chest xray because my chest was hurting. The xray he said showed bronchitis. This is very difficult for me to believe my chest & back hurts I've been coughing, but bringing nothing up. Been on antibiotics for the past 4 days & still have a temp of 102.2 just last night. Just wondering if I am so dehydrated that I hurt & my temp is still up. (Only up at night, comes down to 99.6 - 100 during the day.) I do realize I haven't felt very well lately & perhaps have not been drinking as well as I should. Sometimes I just don't think of it or don't want to because I want to sleep feeling so bad. I would appreciate any input y'all may have to perhaps help me. Thank You. PS. I have started to drink Power Ade just about an hour ago.

your bronchitis has probably turned in to pneumonia and you should go to the emergency room.
