Answers:
use anti-inflammatory such as Advil or aleve

i have tendinitis in my wrist
that is the only thing i can do other than having surgery
Wear a wrist brace to keep the wrist straight.
Some of it may be muscles unused to the action you are putting them through. Some could be due to the other cause of pain (biochemical). Check out the info about this on www.hufa.org. There is info on carpal tunnel there too.
Ice the wrists, when you are able.
You are just not used to this type of work. Best way now is to put an ice-pack over your wrist.
More likely than not- you are starting to experience the effects of letting your muscles and bones relax to much on ya. When muscles aren't used- they lose the ability to stretch and contract as well as if they're used to being worked all the time.
Like another said- ice packs ( for 48-72 hours ), and then change to heat- you can alternate after the intitial 48-72 hour period, every 15-30 minutes of each if need be.
You need to watch out for RSI's (repetitive strain injuries) too..sounds like you're starting the effects of them now. Be sure and flex and rotate your wrists. talk with a doctor or therapist about possible exercises as well and medicines or herbs to help relieve inflammation and pain.
