Allergies.or Sinuses??.Jus. moved into a new home.?

Question: Just moved into a new home.Downstairs I am completly stuffed and eyes are watery..if I try and open a window for a breeze its the same..When I drive away from he house for errands.miraculasly I can breath out of my nose..

This is the weirdest thing I have ever seen.
The ajacent field is far over grown with weeds and such and I am wondering if that piece of land has anything to do with it..

If the discharge from your nose is crystal clear, it's probably allergies. If its yellowish, it could be a cold. If it is allergies it could be from either outside(the weeds) or inside(are there any new carpets?)
