try to get a couple of hours kip between 4 & 6pm if you can.
3am is when I tend to feel a bit queasy so I go off and make myself some tea and toast with jam on to boost my blood sugar levels.
Buy yourself some hypromellose eye drops and keep them in the coolest place that you can, a fridge is best, then when you fell like your eyes have sand in them use the deliciously cool drops....heaven!
Stimulants of any kind are sources of "Energy on loan" you will pay for that burst later and feel much worse than if you'd let your body work through it all naturally so I would really advise you to stay off the red bull or shedloads of coffee! Boring but kinder on your bod.
