Is there a site where I can get info on reading an MRI report?

Answers:
If you are talking about reading the films themselves, I highly doubt it. MRIs are very complex...taking hundreds of "slices" of images. It takes careful recostruction in the mind of taking 1 dimensional images and creating a 3 dimensional structure. It requires extensive knowledge of human anatomy to know what structures are in place and what is the density of the tissues. Remember that radiologists go to four years of medical school...just as any other medical doctor. I beleive that this goes far beyond the scope of a website. I am a physical therapist and have completed courses in radiology, and I can only decifer a handful of anomalies on MRI...it is very complex.

If, however, you are speaking of reading the radiologist report...ie decifering what the radiologist found, I suggest a website that translates medical terminology such as:
http://www.medterms.com/script/main/hp.asp
This will allow you to interpret the radiologist's findings.
Why would you need a website to read an MRI? It's simple, if you see anything white or illuminated on it other than bone something is wrong
