yeah good luck and try to chew gum that what my gradma did it helped her shes has had a cig for a year and u might gain wait let every one around you know you are becuse when you have a lash out they no why. and gum dose not work for every body

quitting smoking is the easiest when its something you WANT to do and not HAVE to do. It will make it easier. Besides that, buy some lollipops because most people who smoke are used to just have something in their mouth and a lollipop will help with that. If you are/were a chain smoker, cigerettes probably replaces food for the most part, so be careful to not start over eating as a substitute for smoking, because you will gain wait. At any rate, good luck!

Cold turkey is the best way and if you need the patch or the lozenge, or the pill, do not be ashamed to ask for support, I am almost 7 years smoke free and it was harder than quitting drugs.

Good luck, I'm smoke free for 1-1/2. It was hard but let me tell you it is damn well worth it. Just keep a positive attitude and try to change up your routine, like if you drive to work a certain route change it so your not as likely to want to light up in the same spots. Hi, I would suggest you to use acupuncture, as I know is the best treatment to quit smoking. Your doctor can also recommends you to use nicotine patch. Good luck, and do not give up.
