Try not washing with soaps. Use the Aveeno products.

THE SKIN OF YOUR HANDS IS GROWING LOL
it could be dry skin if u work with your hands a lot. try moisturizing with lotion or vaseline.
This is not a BS question to your question but:

Have you noticed the itchiness after you've been in a pool or a bath or the shower for a while? Are your hands sensitive to hot water? Do they sweat much?

I noticed this on my hands a while back and it got worse before I found some medication for it.

Could it be hyperhydrosis?

Sorry, this is kinda gross.
They could just be dry (maybe from the weather), you could have been exposed to something new that your body doesn't like (like a cleanser or soap), or you could have developed an allergy to something you're already familiar with.

I have the same problem and I was diagnosed with Eczema. For other people it is usually red and/or flaky but mine has no other symptoms besides being ITCHY!! It's not contagious but the patches come and go and appear in different areas. There's no cure but different medications can help to varying degrees.

Try some anti-itch creams for now, but you should definitely go to the doctor if it doesn't clear up in a week or so!
Sounds like eczema. I get it on mine too sometimes, especially when I've had my hands in water a lot or wear lotion that's too greasy. Believe it or not, there's an inexpensive solution to the problem. vinegar. Just pour plenty of it on your hands & let it dry, then later, you can wash it off. Continue using it till the eczema goes away.
