I guess you should make sure that you eat more nutrients throughout the rest of the day. Protein bars are great, but if you are looking to lose weight or be healthier you could do something with that plus fruit.

the worst scenario is to transform into a protein bar. like that mc donalds commercial of that guy turning into a chicken
you should pick something more well rounded. after time protien can ruin your liver because it's hard for it to digest protien. that's why if you're on the adkins diet you're supposed to go off of it for a while.
