Lack of sleep.?


Question:
Monday and Wednesday Nights I dont get to sleep until about midnight, and I wake up the next day at 6 am. On Tuesday and Thursday nights I prolly dont get to bed much before 11:30 and other days I wake up at 6.

This is all because of work and school.

Can I be so tired that I feel like I have a cold? Right now my eyes feel heavy and I could seriously just sleep *i couldnt get outta bed this morning*.My nose is also a little stuffy/runny.

i think you are stress up that is why you can not sleep on time also, you have somthing bordering you which you have not told anybody. take a step and share your problem with me and lets see if together i.e you and i, if we won't solve this problem of lack of sleep. for your nose, please consult your physician.

Why not you go to bed earlier or just sleep right now? If you have time to sit on the computer you've got time to sleep.
