How can you tell the difference between sensitivity or intolerant?

Question:
Sometimes when I eat or drink my body fells uncomfortable. When I drink soda I tend to get a lot of gas wich result in farting. Whe I eat spicy or acidic food I get a burning sensation in my breastbone area. I these do seperate conditions or can they be one condition please help me find out. I was also wondering if you could be intolernant to soda.

Answers:
Spicy and acidic food giving you the burning in your breastbone sounds like Reflux or Indigestion - see the wiki page on GERD

The gas is a usual result of carbonated drinks (ie soda). Stop drinking those and try water, fruit juices and tea.
Have you thought of the possibility that you may have an ulcer or even acid reflux?Soda is acidic and spicy foods often irritate people with ulcers or acid reflux. Go see your Doc. and let him/ her do a quick exam. Then you can get any needed treatment.
