Generally, a wrap is for support. Therefore, it only needs to be worn when you are moving and putting additional strain on that area. Best bet = don't wear it to bed, any other time it's your call.

all u gotta do is let it heal
time is key
put ice on it for only about 20 minutes, cause when i iced my quad, i put it on too long and it got really bad and i couldnt move my leg
i say stay away from w/e ur doing that caused the strain and just wait and let it heall by itself
icing will help but time is really whats going to heal it
