I am trying to get free medical help for a refugee child in Cairo Egypt?

The child has recently become a orphan, along with her brother and baby sister, she is 9 years old and had a accident falling from a balcony, she has a broken neck, and severe facial damage, she is stateless along with her brother and sister. they are cross nationality Congolese/sudanese, helpers who are looking after the children since the mothers death, are themselves destitute but doing what they can, some Hospitals have refused the little girls addmision, only one hospital has addmitted her but I dont know for how long, and what treatment she is receiving
