Anyone know about really bad burns - 3rd degree?

Question:
Say you came upon a fire scene, you go to help someone out, but they are already charred black (roasted/toasted, basically) would you just end up pulling their skin off, the way it slides off a marshmallow or a well done turkey leg?
Is it better to leave them?

Answers:
Third-degree burns additionally have charring of the skin, and produce hard, leather-like eschars. An eschar is a scab that has separated from the unaffected part of the body. Frequently, there is also purple fluid. These types of burns are often painless (insensate) because nerve endings have been destroyed in the involved areas.

A local anesthetic is usually sufficient in managing pain of 3rd degree burns. Lidocaine can be administered to the spot of injury and will generally negate most pain until paramedics arrive.
what do u mean by leave them...if theyb are alive..you will have to do every measure to save them or at least if death is inevitable...to take them to a place where they can be cared after
