Midnight is good for me....everyone needs a different amount of sleep......I need 7 to 8 hours
if those were my hours (and they aren't) I would go to bed around 10 pm. question is what time are you going to wake up and how long is your commute? try to get 6-8 hrs of sleep a night. studies even show that 9 is better. but too much sleep is bad for your health, believe it or not
that's my exact work schedule and i go to bed at midnight and get up at 8. works for me!!
I work from 8:00 to 5:00 and if I go to bed any later than 9:00pm, I wake up cranky.

Think I would say 10.00pm but you have not mentioned how long it takes to get to work. I would get up an hour before I had to leave the house. So if I had to leave at 7.00am and get up at 6.00am I would probably go to bed at 9.00pm.

I go to bed the same time. Whenever I get into it.
I work 9 to 5. I make sure i am in bed by midnight and asleep by 12:30 so I can get my 8 hours sleep cause I half to get up 7:30. But everyone body is different i half to get 8 hours of sleep or i am dead for the day. But some people half to get more it all depends on your body and when you feel tiered.
I work 8:30am - 5pm mon to fri and i usually find myself getting tired about 11:30pm!

Depends on what time I have to get up as long as I get my six or seven hours of sleep, but I go to bed around 11 pm and am up by around 7.30 am - later to bed, later to get up!
Between 12am - 2am, possibly earlier if I'm really tired but no later than 2.
