I doubt it; probably sawdust, sanding dust, or even regular ole dust. The folks who remove asbestos are required by the EPA to remove the dust along with the asbestos. Touching asbestos won't hurt you; only inhaling it.
with the information given it is hard to tell......but if they did any drywall work it is more likely to be that.....which is harmless........im sure that the company hired to remove the asbestos would be careful not to contaminate the surrounding areas......i dont think you have anything to worry about
