No appetite, mild headaches, and always tired?
Question:
Answers:
Are you taking any drugs from the doctor?
Maybe you are so busy you are stressed out? No time to eat. Been there done that and it is not healthy. Headache from not eating, tired from no food.
As I am told when I was on this nasty medication, make yourself eat something healthy, not fast food, something like fish or a chief salad (made yourself) or something like this. Why I say to make it yourself is this way you no what is put onto your food. Those fast food places are like eating candy, just junk..
it could actually be depression, just a mild case of it.you may want to get on a schedule of eating..and eat at the same time everyday.this is the only way to ensure good health
Vitamin deficiency, Start a regular eating program. Cereal oatmeal and fruit in the morning, force yourself to eat some fruit for lunch and then a decent dinner do it for 2 weeks and Ill bet you feel better.
Don't worry about.
have your doctor check your iron, you made need some iron pills, also find out if you can get a B-12 shot

This could be stress, depression, or even low iron levels. The best thing you could do is go back to see your doctor. Di cuss with him/her what has been going on with you. Have them maybe do some basic lab work on you to make sure you don't have anemia or some other problem. If nothing turns up. Then look and evaluate yourself to see if too much stress is the problem. Good luck.
