Are allergic rhinitis and gingivitis impediments for enlisting?

Question: I want to join the French Foreign Legion but have this health problems. My allergies force me to always have a handkerchief available. It doesn't give me other problems, it's just bothering and little attractive. Also, I have exposed roots, less gums than most people my age (27)
