It's pretty easy if you know what count the treatment took place you can do a medical search with your social security #..Usually family agency can help you with this. if not narrow down your area at the time of treatment and it should be rather easy to find the facility that would have treated your particular condition at that time. then just submit a formal request in accordance with the counties/facility policy.

That's strange. Why don't your parents want to to find them? I would snoop around..look for some kinda files or something. I'm not really sure..go to your last doctor.tell him that and see if he can help u
i wonder why they wont let you, its for ur own health and know what all u went through when u were younger. does it maybe have it on ur birth certificate where u were born? might wanna try that. or go to the courthouse and they should give u a copy of ur birth certificate might cost ya. and when u find out ur doctor u can get ur medical history copies of the papers but it will also cost u too.
goodluck in searching. i hope u find ur doc. its important!
