I get muscle sorness in my shoulders and neck when i sit to long . even when i stand at the sink to do dishes?

it just burns and hurts have any good remidies for me?

Posture problems and possibly weak back/abdominal muscles. Consider exercising these a bit.

Stretching. Personally, I sit at a desk for 8-9 hours, 5 days a week. I've been doing this for the last 10 years. Periodically, you should stand and stretch. Move your head from side to side, holding for at least 5 secs before you move to the other side. Stretch your arms by reaching above your head with both arms, holding for 5 secs and then bending from side to side. Bend, hold for 5 secs and then bend to the other side. Also rotate your torso, holding for 5 secs in between twisting your body from side to side. Since it only takes seconds, you should be able to do this a few times throughout the day.
