My tummy feels squirmish today, is there anyway i can settle it down.?

Peppermint tea is good for digestive problems. Ginger is good too, sometimes having a ginger biscuit or two can help. Try not to eat anything too spicy until it settles.

Other than that, try Settlers Tums or Rennies.

maybe try and go to the toilet or get some setlers tums from thje chemist

You can also take a Tums or Pepto
tea biscuits and sips of water
Eat yoghurt!
Try sipping Raspberry or Mint Tea. Hope you feel better:)
if you're actually feelin sick then drink some tonic water. the quinnine in it will naturally settle your tummy and stop u feelin sick. other than that try some gripe water (stuff for babies but it works on adults too).

Drink some ginger ale, and even coca cola without the fizz. And if you think you can handle it, take small bird bites of crackers, and if you're stomach can handle it, dry toast. But do not drink milk. I have learned the hard way that milk doesnt do any good.
