how to heal cuts fast?
Question:
Answers:
You might need a couple of stitches if it's opened. Clean it with peroxide and get to the doctor. I'm worried that you can get an infection if you dont. If it's a gaping cut, you cannot use neosporin or antibacterials on it.

It sounds like you might require stitches.
U NEED STITCHES OR A BIG BAND AID
acetone, it will sting but it will dry the wound out and it will heal fairly quick, i have used it many a time and the hasnt been a problem.
Use liquid bandage and then put neosporin on it once a day and leave unbandaged about half the day so it gets plenty of air.
I usually use some kind of antibiotic ointment and keep a bandage on at all times. My last nasty cut only took about three or four days to close up.

Neosporin (you can buy it at any drug store), and keep it covered with gauze to stop dirt from getting in.
clean the area, put neosporin in the gap, close gap with fingers and then tape the gap~otherwise a doctor is in order.
If it is a deep open cut you should get some stitches. If it is not deep you can use a topical antiseptic.
Eat well, and put some Pepanthen on the wound
stop whinging and live with it, if you cant do this i suggest that you chew on your arm. salt adds to the flavour
Probably too late for stitches. Stitches should be done wiithin about 2 hours of the original injury.
If you think you can take care of the cut yourself, make sure it is clean---clean with a mild soap and water. Then, apply an antibiotic ointment that you can get at a drugstore or even convenience store (Bactroban, Polysporin, Neosporin are some common brands). Put a band-aid or sterile dressing over the cut.
Change the band-aid once a day, remembering to re-apply an antibiotic ointment---this will dramatically speed healing and reduce scarring.
If your cut is still bleeding, or shows any sign of infection (pus, redness and heat around the wound), see a doctor.
Ouch, what did you do?
Well, if you don't go get stitches, use superglue. I know it sounds weird, but glue along each side of the cut and hold it together until dry. The glue will disolve as the wound heals. Be careful, certain brands might sting.
You need to seek medical attention to lessen the risk of infection
The best natural remedy is to get a Aloe plant, split it open and place the juice from inside the plant on the cut. It is also good for burns.
first clean the cut with iodine solution and press it together allowing the cut to close. Apply onto it a little amount of Dexpanthenol (active ingridient)cream just to cover the open wound and a bandage onto it for one day, to prevent it from dirt. Do the same the next day but no more bandage bandage coz it prevents the cut to dry up.
Dexpanthenol helps cell regeneration by cell damage.
