hey everytime i try to loos some weight from my hips i always give up so what should i do ?

You need to make sure that you eat right. By eating right you need to small amounts throughout the day. Something decent for breakfast, a bagel with cream cheese, a fruit a couple hours later, something light for lunch like tuna, then another fruit or nuts for a snack a couple of hours later, then a sensible dinner like baked chicken. Try not to eat at least 3 to 4 hours before going to bed. Now for exercising. You need to do Cardio, cardio and more cardio. Start light for the first couple of weeks, because if you wear yourself out, that's when your going to want to quit. Start with just 20 minutes of walking or jogging. If you get bored with that, try 10 minutes then use the stair stepper. Just make sure you start off slow and work up so you don't wear out. Also, invest in an mp3 player and play your favorite music to keep you motivated and not thinking about exercising. Hope it helps.

Decide to accept yourself as you are, OR get a friend to be your helper. Someone who will keep encouraging you and won't let up until you succeed in reaching your goal. You must stick with it. I take diet pills and exercise by playing sports. and i try to eat healthy you should try it
