Allergies of Hell!!!?

Question: Everyone in my family has very bad allergic rhinitis, and I never did, but developed them this year, the worst of all my family. If I even go out for five minutes a day, even if I don't leave the house again that day my nose will get stuffed up and I will be sneezing for the entire rest of the day. I'm taking flucitasone propionate but it hasn't helped at all, and I'm not scheduled to go to my doctor's for another two weeks, and in school, we go outside all of the time or have windows opened, and I'm not allowed to stay inside! GAHHH! Anyone have any suggestions of what to do?

Answers:
I started getting allergies but it all stopped when I gave up diet soda. The Aspartame in diet coke was giving me allergies (and colds and a lot of other bad stuff.)
