Strong pain in the head when exercising, what could it be?

Question:
I've been going to the gym for a year and a half, and everything was going perfect. Until this week I started having a very very strong pain on the lower back of my head. I don't know if it has to do with the fact that i started taking l-glutamine this week, or that i have a new trainer i've just been working with for two weeks (the mos tiring two weeks of my life). Please help me i'm starting to worry, today i couldn0t even do 10 push-ups because of the pain. This is just the third day, but it gets stronger every day.

Answers:
Maybe you are straining too hard, or pushing to hard. Ask your trainer, and go see a doctor just to be safe. We don't want you to pass out on us. It could be your diet, have you changed it lately since the pain started, or your routine. Possibly you are not getting enough oxygen. Take care.

Other Answers:
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

I would stop taking the I-glutamine and see if you still have the pain. If you are really worried go to the doctor. try midol, dont take advil because it can cause bladder problems in the near future!!

See your physician !

back problems you are pinching a nerve see a chiropractor.

If I were you I would have my blood pressure checked, asap!
Don't panic though, maybe the routine is just too strict for you.

The weather gives me head aches when I work out
If it's raining boy does it hurt

BUT try and stop taking l-glutamine for a few days to see, maybe you are having an alergic reaction
Or you started out taking too much too soon

this could be an aneurysm=blood clot=fatal !
when you are taking a new product and you have a side effect that's worrying you, stop taking it, and show it to a doctor or pharmacist. Don't work out till you find out for sure, you can always catch up later. This is your life & more important than your pushups. it could be time to go to a doctor
you could have a serious problem, only someone in person can examine you and have any hope of truly knowing for sure what is wrong.it could be the I-glutamine, high blood pressure, dehydration, or a very long list of other things, i would suggest taking it easy at the gym, eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and see a doctor soon
Good luck, I hope you feel better soon
