my body aches all over sometimes it hurts to walk. I hurt from my fingers to my toes.?

Question: pain in feet,legs,hips and arms and even my fingers. I have diabetes and it is under control. I am tired all the time. If I have one good day, which means I go shopping or do yard work or plant flowers. The next day I can hardly move. I try to keep active even when I hurt but it's getting harder and harder to get around and I'm not old enough to feel this bad. Ok, I'm 52. Please help me.
