How long does take for blood blisters to heal?

Question:
I have two gargantuan blood blisters on my fingers from playing bass all afternoon. I know you're not supposed to pop them, when will they turn to callus?

Answers:
Keep the wound clean, dry, and protected from chafing and bumping. Change the dressing every day, or whenever it accidentally gets dirty. After two days, you can resume washing (but always put a dry bandage on afterwards). When the wound looks like normal skin and feels like normal skin you can stop bandaging. Expect about 7 to 14 days for healing. The old skin can be snipped
off when you're sure the area is healed.
this is going to sound weird but I usually open them and douse them with rubbing alcohol, they never get sore they heal in a day or two and no callusis.
