Wash your hands without drying them (the towel might leave some fabric on finger tips) take the lens out of the container with the plastic thing that you should have (looks like a pin with big round head) hold the lens with index finger and thumb sliding it from the big round head. Insert it in the eye while looking up, your finger should not touch the iris, now matter how many times the lens fall, keep trying. Make sure that you have a clean surface under your hand, like a table, so when the lens fall, it will not pick up dirt. If it does, clean it and try again.
