H2O and health?

Question:
Can a person survive without drinking water? If so what types of ailments, if any, should he/she be concrened with?

Answers:
Yes, if they drink things that are mostly water like tea or they eat foods like watermelon. Without any water from any source, they get dehydrated and dry out and die. See site below under "diet" to learn about anti-water that stops water from working and causes a greater need for water. Also how you die of dehydration with loads of ocean water around you.

Other Answers:
Yes, as long as he or she is drinking a lot of non-alcoholic, non-caffeine beverages. (Alcohol and caffeine dehydrate).

Herbal Teas have no caffeine, nor do most juices, so drink them. If the person simply hates drinking water, he or she can water-down the juices (or use lots of ice).

Water is to the body what oil is to the car--it keeps it running.
