can alcohol withdrawal symptpms last for more than 7 days?

Question:
I feel shakines. I haven't drank since Saturday. Also I feel the shakines increasing after I stop exorcisicing.

Answers:
Yes, and depending on how long and how much you've
been drinking, certain symptoms can go on for weeks or months.

Worst of the shakes is over within a week. A mild tranquilizer can help. Also take some sweets and chocolate. Your blood sugar level is probably hypoglycemic, which is why exercise makes the shakes worse. I also suggest a high Vitamin B complex, Magnesium, and herbal Valerian, which you can get at a pharmacy or health food store. ''''

Sweating and insomnia are also part of the withdrawal.
Ditto for upset stomach and poor appetite for food.

Other Answers:
mine stop after about 5 days

I doubt it, unless you have been on a wicked bender for 2 wks or so.
Eat some porridge if u have some.

You will probably experiance those feeling for a few more days depending on how much you have been drinking. I'd say no, but craving can last quite sometime

i'll let you kno in four days.

Dude?!? Its time to get f***ed up.

-J. It is relative, if you drink once in awhile then your withdraw should not last more than a day.

If you drink a lot and go cold turkey than you might experience problems as above.

It's tricky, alcohol has a different effect on different people, and can also vary according to how well you take care of yourself.

So there really is no good answer to this question without more details about you.

You may try checking your blood sugar levels, could be what is causing the shakiness drink more water
eat carbs before workout
these are not withdrawal symptoms
its lack of nutrients
oh, use your spell check Depends how long you drank for and how much! One time I drank for 3 months straight. When I wasn't drunk I was on pain killers. When I stopped I had the shakes. I also had a teeth grinding problem and my muscles always twitched. This lasted about 2 weeks. I am a alcoholic and a drug addict. I have been sober (for the most part) for 2 years.
I was in treatment when I had these symptoms. So I had a doctor keeping an eye on me. I don't know about the shakiness and exercise. You might want to go see a doctor and make sure your heart, kidneys, and liver are functioning properly!!

A friend of mine was in the hospital for alcohol withdrawl when it got so bad he couldn't tolerate it. They put him in a coma for 30 days. It was bad. He almost died.
You need to stop drinking now. You have a bad problem.
