Quite frankly, it's not your problem. I know you want to help, but your friend needs to be responsible for his/her actions. Tell your friend what you think, and urge him/her to be honest with the doctor. If he/she isn't honest, then he/she will suffer the consequences and it won't be your fault.

I THINK THAT MANY PEOPLE LIE TO GET IT BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO LOSE THE WEIGHT THEMSELVES. HARD WORK PAYS OFF BETTER BECAUSE YOU ARE ABLE TO SEE WHAT U'VE WORKED FOR. It's honestly not your business. That's that person's personal medical history.

sugery should be the last resort if the fixed deit, exercise, and antioxidant/pytchemmicals fail, your friend needs support and your friend needs to be around nutritionists, personal trainers who will support the weight loss, and your friend needs to educate themselfs

Don't you think the doctor has "seen it all before" and knows how to screen for fake claims? Yes, some people are clever enough to get what they want from the medical system, but it's a tiny, tiny number.
Feel free to call the doctor and share your concerns - or send an anonymous letter, if you would rather. The doctor can then take your information under consideration.
