I use EXN made by BMF Hardcore, but they do have ephedrine (Ma Huang) in it so it SHOULD NOT be used if you have a heart condition or intend to take it incorrectly. The ban from ephedrine was lifted in the US but since it was taken off the market for a while you really can have a hard time finding it in stores. I buy it on-line (fitnessone.com). I have had good results with it, but I also go to the gym regularly.

I also use Relacore and so do many of my friends. I like it also and so do the people I know who use it.

But, none of the fat burner on the market are a magic pill. They just help expedite the process with diet and exercise.

stacker 2's, yellow jackets and black beautys used to work before they got banned by the fda. You can still buy them off the internet though.

no, mozt diet pillz don't do crap, zome of them make you zick and can cauze interactionz with other medicinez you might be taking

I have been a boxer in college and a bodybuilder for years. I can say that the first thing to do when your attempting to chang your physical apperance is to talk to people who LOOK like they are bodybuilders not people who are out of shape. FYI, everyone has an option on how to loose wieght, gain weight, gain muslce, loose fat, etc. Only those who have done it can give you good advice.

To answer your question simplely, NO they don't work. If they did there would only be one pill to choose from, and their are like 10 billion. The only way to loose wieght is to restrict your caloric intake relative to your caloric output. Adding an exerice routine to your daily life will help this. (this means eat the right foods and not so much of them and exercise)

i'm sorry to brust your bubble but even steroids dont work unless your exercise. Save your money for gym fees. Good Luck and stick with it!
