Why Am I Having A Trouble Sleeping At Night?

Question:
Even though I’m reasonably healthy, I got no worry and I’m not upset about anyone or anything, I’m tossing and turning for hours every night lately.

Has anyone had a same or similar problem? If so, could you tell me your experience and what you do to put yourself to sleep?

P.S. - I don’t like taking sleeping pills. And please don’t tell me to count sheep - I counted 3968 sheep one night and I was still wide-awake.

Answers:
i am having the same trouble which you are having there are lotta reasons for lack of sleep one is sleeping late at night and waking up late at morning..if thats not the case with you first thing you gotta do is watch tv and eat something after that go to bed and take a deep breath after taking a deep breath think about nothing i mean make your mind thinkless and you will feel that you are getting sleepy after that you will sleep just dont let the things pop up in your mind..also do a lil yoga that really refresh the mind..focus on your eye lids when you are in bed and like i said dont think about anything..you will get a good night sleep if you do that as far as i think..
Are you on any medication? You might ask your doctor if it can affect your sleep. Don't drink anything with caffeine in it. Use your bed for sleep only. If you lay down, and aren't sleeping after around 30min, get up and do something that doesn't excite your mind too much. Though don't look at the clock, just kind of guess when 30min is up. Don't do anything interesting too close to bed as well.
