I'd say its menopause.

U might be that happended to my neighbor. she had a tubal and she got pregnant.
go to a drugstore, by a box of tests, use til two or three are consistent, go to a doctor, start looking for a good OBGYN. I hope everything works out the way you want it to!

also.you should put this in Pregnancy & Parenting >Pregnancy
i'm a firm believer that if you think something is wrong.. something is wrong. i'd go to the doctor if i were you. if they say you're not pregnant, at least you can get help with evening out your symptoms.

Your symtoms are common with pregnancy but the only way to know is to take a test and to visit your doctor. Good luck I hope things work out the way you want
I had a tubal done when I was 21. One out of ten people who have tubals can get pregnant. I would see your doctor. He might have to put you on birthcontrol if you are not to get you feeling better.

Symptoms that you have mentioned can not confirm positively whether you are pregnant or not. Since your periods have been weird lately, its not just this time that it has been delayed. So that symptom can not conclude that you are pregnant or not.
Also late night nausea is not the symptom of pregnancy but its basically the morning sickness.
Only similar symptom of sore breast is hinting towards it.

Since you haven't mentioned all the symptoms, it would be hard to tell so why not buy a self pregnancy test (cost around $15 for a pair)--
Or if you don't want to spend that money, try searching for women center in your area. There are many centers which does free pregnancy test.

good luck!!
No form of birth control is 100% safe. You could be pre-menopausal. Go to the doc.
no u are wise girl, carry on.. don't wast yr time to ask this question
