Why are hiccups so hard to get rid of?

hiccups are abnormal contraction of ur diaphragm.indigestion, accessive acid in stomach after whisky/spicy food can cause hiccups.

I had the hicupps before and my teacher all of a sudden starts to yell at me and ask me why I had the hicupps in her class. She then said, "Did I scare them away". I said " Yea." Fear can scare away your hiccups too.
Hiccups are like a "muscle spasm" of your diaphram.
Thorazine is often given to relieve this spasm.
Consult your doctor if this happens often.may be an underlying problem.
Because darling hiccups are like some men, they just keep coming back.even though you don't want them!
