I have a question about a rash I have?

Question: This rash I have started on both my wrists and now has spread to my theighs but I have no idea what it is. I thought it would eventually go away but it has just gotten worse. Its really bad looking because it looks like I have tried to kill myself lol. Any suggestions? Should I go buy some medication for this rash at the local store or consult my physician?

try hydrocortisone cream and/or maybe benydrl if its an allergic reaction

Does it itch, is it patchy or pimply? You did not do an good job describing it. Try some cortisone, or some zinc oxide, or ask the pharmacist for some suggestions.
